What We Look For

To join our network, you must:

✅ Be an enrolled UW–Madison student
✅ Pass a background check
✅ Have a clean driving record
✅ Be CPR certified (or willing to attend our provided training)
✅ Be open to training on neurodivergent care (also provided)
✅ Be enthusiastic about working with kids from culturally diverse backgrounds
✅ Be respectful, dependable, and a good communicator

What You’ll Do

Every family is different, but student nannies may be asked to:

• Pick kids up from school

• Help with homework

• Drive to sports or after-school activities

• Create fun, screen-free time

• Care for kids of all ages, including those with special needs

Once we receive your payment, we’ll reach out to start the onboarding process, allowing you to be matched with a family in the area  (you will be able to fill out a form with all your expectations, availability, and desired rate so we can find the best match for you)
