How to start?

Please insert your availability, preferences, and desired rate so we can find the best family match for you. We will reach out to your references and run a background check before including you on our network. Once you enroll, we’ll reach out to start the onboarding process!
When families contact us with their needs, we’ll reach out to you by email or phone if we find a good match. We’ll share all the family’s details, and if you’re interested, we’ll help schedule an interview between the two of you.
If everything goes well, the family pays you directly — we never take a cut of your pay!
We also offer wedding childcare services at venues throughout the Madison area.
If you’re interested in working weddings, please indicate this in the form, and we’ll be sure to contact you for those opportunities. The process is very similar to family matching — once we confirm an event date, we’ll reach out to check your availability!
Please note:
There is a one-time fee of $60, charged only after your first match. This covers:
