Lydia

Rehabilitation Psychology and Pre-Occupational Therapy

Lydia is available on weekday evenings (Monday–Thursday) and during the day on weekends. She is a sophomore at UW–Madison studying Rehabilitation Psychology and Pre-Occupational Therapy, and she brings strong experience with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.

With a background as both a babysitter and camp worker, Lydia is comfortable caring for 2–3 children at once and is confident in supporting kids with homework, creative play, and daily routines. Families appreciate her energy, organization, and ability to keep kids engaged. She is CPR certified and has hands-on experience working with neurodivergent children.

Lydia has her own vehicle and a clean driving record, making her a great option for families needing help with school pickups or driving to and from activities. She’s also available for occasional, last-minute babysitting, weddings, and academic-year positions.

Her favorite activity with kids is arts and crafts—she loves coming prepared with new projects, often finding fun ideas on Pinterest to bring fresh inspiration. Outside of childcare, Lydia has a background in competitive dance, which adds to her creativity, enthusiasm, and love for staying active. Families find her dependable, fun, and full of great ideas to keep children engaged.

James

Pre-Elementary and Special Education

James is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2–6pm, as well as Sundays from 9am–6pm. He is studying Pre-Elementary and Special Education at UW–Madison and brings experience caring for children from infancy through age 12.

James is CPR certified and has experience working with neurodivergent children, including those with autism. He is caring, patient, and adaptable to a wide range of personalities and needs, always prioritizing safety. He is comfortable assisting with homework, light household tasks, and caring for up to 4 children at once (sometimes even 5, depending on the situation).

He is comfortable around pets but prefers not to work with snakes or lizards.

Families appreciate his flexibility, calm demeanor, and his ability to make learning fun. James enjoys educational activities, reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play. He’s also creative and artistic—he enjoys sketching, painting, and working with clay—and speaks both English and Hmong fluently, with some understanding of Thai and Chinese.

Gracey

Human Development and Family Studies

Gracey is available Monday and Wednesday mornings until noon–1pm, Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 4–6pm, Tuesday and Thursday mornings until 8am, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6–10pm, Fridays all day, and weekends or nights upon request. She is a senior at UW–Madison majoring in Human Development and Family Studies and has over five years of experience working with children in both hospital and school settings.

Gracey is CPR certified and has worked extensively with neurodivergent children in schools, as a sitter, and in professional care environments. She has her own car, a clean driving record, and is available for school pickups, driving to activities, overnight care, and last-minute babysitting. She is comfortable around pets and has no allergies.

She is experienced with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age kids, and teens, and can confidently care for multiple children at once—including challenging scenarios such as caring for newborn twins alongside a toddler. Gracey also enjoys helping with homework (up to high school level) and is open to light household tasks such as tidying up and preparing meals for kids.

Families value her patience, reliability, and ability to create a safe, structured, and engaging environment. With kids, she loves hands-on activities like crafts, outdoor play, reading, and games that spark creativity and confidence. Gracey is especially skilled at balancing fun with consistency—helping children follow routines while still enjoying their time together.

Something fun about Gracey is her love of travel—she recently returned from a pre-law fellowship in Europe and enjoys sharing stories and encouraging independence and curiosity in kids.

Sinead

Political Science and Psychology


Sinead is available Mondays from 5–10pm, Fridays from 11am–3pm, and most weekends. She is a sophomore at UW–Madison studying Political Science and Psychology, and she brings six years of experience working with children through both babysitting and teaching Irish dance.

She is comfortable caring for up to 3 children in a family setting and up to 5 children at weddings. Sinead has worked with infants through teens, and she is CPR certified with prior experience supporting neurodivergent children. Families appreciate her punctuality, patience, and ability to balance fun with attentiveness and safety.

Sinead has her own vehicle and a clean driving record, and she is available for school pickups, driving to and from activities, and occasional last-minute babysitting. She is comfortable with pets and has no allergies.

Her favorite activities with kids include visiting museums, doing arts and crafts, and encouraging active play. A fun fact about Sinead is that she Irish danced for 14 years and now teaches at the Trinity Academy of Irish Dance—she loves sharing her passion for music, movement, and creativity with kids.

Sinead is excited to work with families during the school year and is also available to work at weddings, bringing games and activities to keep kids engaged and happy during special events.

Maddeline

Elementary Education

Maddie is available Mondays after 6pm, Tuesdays after 4pm, Wednesdays all day, Thursdays after 11am, Fridays before 10:30am or after 2pm, and all day on weekends. She is a senior at UW–Madison studying Elementary Education and brings extensive childcare experience across all age groups—from infants and toddlers to teens.

With a strong background working with large groups of children through the YMCA, Maddie has developed remarkable patience and skill in managing multiple kids at once. She is comfortable caring for any number of children, assisting with homework, and helping with light household tasks such as tidying and preparing snacks.

Maddie is CPR certified and has experience working with neurodivergent children. She is comfortable around pets, with only a light cat allergy that she manages easily.

Families love Maddie’s fun, down-to-earth personality and her ability to connect with kids in both playful and supportive ways. She enjoys “goofing off” and letting kids’ personalities shine, and she also loves bringing creativity into care—whether through music (she plays piano), speaking a little German, or joining in on active play.

Ally

double majoring in Vocal Performance and Communication Sciences and Disorders

Ally is a freshman at UW–Madison, double majoring in Vocal Performance and Communication Sciences and Disorders with plans to pursue speech and language pathology. With experience as a CNA at a long-term care facility, she brings compassion, responsibility, and a deep understanding of working with people of all abilities.

Ally is available for evening and weekend babysitting, with occasional weekday availability depending on her class schedule. She is open to academic-year roles, summer positions, and one-time or long-term babysitting.

She has worked with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children, and is comfortable caring for up to 2 toddlers or 5 older kids at once. Ally is happy to help with homework, light household tasks, and even laundry and meal prep — always putting the family’s needs first.

Ally brings a joyful, creative presence to her care. She loves coloring, crafting, and playing outside, and brings a unique artistic flair — she’s a trained opera singer who’s starred in musical theater roles like Fiona in Shrek and Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast. She has a clean driving record and is comfortable around pets.

Alondra

Biology and Spanish

Alondra is a third-year student at UW–Madison studying Biology and Spanish. As the oldest of four siblings, she’s been caring for children her whole life and brings a calm, patient, and reliable presence to every family she works with.

This upcoming semester, Alondra is available Mondays and Wednesdays after noon, Tuesdays and Thursdays after 5 PM, and Fridays and most weekends (with some limited weekend availability in October). She’s open to academic-year positions, occasional babysitting, and available for last-minute care, overnights, school pickups, and driving to and from activities.

Alondra has experience with children of all ages — from infants to teens — and is comfortable caring for multiple children at once. She’s happy to help with homework, snack prep, getting kids ready, and other light household tasks.

Families appreciate her genuine love for kids, her dependability, and her ability to adapt to different personalities and energy levels.

Alondra enjoys crafting, storytelling, playing outside, movie nights, and making homemade snacks with kids. She speaks English and some Spanish, volunteers with children in her hometown, and serves as a team captain for the UW bowling team — bringing a grounded, fun energy to every role.

Galia

Economics

Galia is a sophomore at UW–Madison studying Economics. She is available on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, Saturday mornings/early afternoons, and after 4:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Her schedule is flexible, making her a great fit for families needing consistent help as well as occasional coverage.

She has experience with toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children, and teens. Galia prefers to care for up to two children at once but can manage three depending on their ages. She is comfortable assisting with homework, light household help, and fun snack or meal prep—even turning cooking into a playful activity with kids.

Galia has previously worked as a caregiver for a neurodivergent individual and is eager to continue learning through additional training. Families also appreciate her openness to overnight care and last-minute babysitting.

Her favorite activities with kids include arts and crafts, outdoor play, baking, and impromptu dance parties. Originally from San Diego, Galia brings warmth, energy, and cultural perspective—she is bilingual in English and Spanish, making her a great fit for families who want support with Spanish homework or exposure to another language. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, tennis, traveling, and cheering for her favorite players, Alcaraz and Sabalenka. Families describe her as fun, responsible, and caring, with a perfect balance of structure and play.

Charity

Pre-pharmacy

Charity is available on evenings and weekends, making her a great option for families looking for reliable after-school, date night, or weekend care. She is open to academic year positions, long-term roles, and occasional last-minute babysitting, and she’s also excited to help at weddings.

She has experience with preschoolers and school-age kids and feels comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. Charity is happy to assist with homework, tidy up toys, prep snacks, and help with light household tasks. 

Charity loves doing arts and crafts with kids and enjoys adding creativity and fun to the day while maintaining safe boundaries and following parents’ rules. Families appreciate her patient yet structured approach.

Something unique about Charity is that she can speak Chinese and enjoys knitting, crocheting, and playing piano—skills she often brings into fun, engaging activities for kids.

Eliza

Psychology and Political Science

Eliza is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 5:15pm, Wednesdays after 3:15pm, Fridays after 12:55pm, and Sundays all day. She’s open to academic year positions, ongoing roles, occasional babysitting, overnight care, and last-minute requests.

She has experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age kids, and teens. Eliza is comfortable with up to four children at a time, and she’s happy to help with homework, school pickups, driving to activities, and light household tasks.

With three summers of experience as a camp counselor and regular babysitting for neighbors, Eliza brings patience, energy, and empathy to every family she works with. Families value her ability to keep kids engaged and comfortable, whether through interactive bedtime stories, board games, or outdoor play.

Something fun about Eliza is that she loves reading and playing soccer, and she enjoys weaving those interests into fun and active time with kids. She’s also comfortable around pets and always brings a kind, reliable presence to her care.

Erin

Global Health & Nutritional Sciences

Erin is available on weekdays in the afternoons and evenings (Mondays and Wednesdays after 3:00pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays after 5:15pm), and is very open on weekends for daytime, evenings, and occasional overnights. She’s open to academic year positions, ongoing roles, occasional babysitting, overnight care, last-minute requests, and weddings.

She has experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age kids, and teens, and is comfortable caring for up to five children at once—and even more if some are older or more independent. Erin is happy to help with homework, snacks, tidying, dishes, and other light household tasks, and she’s comfortable with pets.

As the oldest of five sisters, Erin brings both patience and natural leadership to childcare. She has worked as a full-time nanny for multiple summers, often caring for four children at a time while planning daily activities, games, and outings. She also spent time volunteering in the NICU and Family Birth Unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital, providing hands-on comfort for premature and NAS babies. Beyond that, she has experience tutoring neurodivergent children weekly for over a year, as well as engaging kids of all ages through crafts, outdoor play, and creative games.

Families describe Erin as dependable, organized, and deeply caring. She loves to jump into children’s worlds, whether that means building blanket forts, reading bedtime stories, or heading outside for adventures. A freshman at UW–Madison majoring in Global Health, Erin is excited to bring her energy, compassion, and creativity to new families in Madison.

Jasmin

Neuroscience and Psychology

Jasmin is available Monday through Friday evenings (typically 4:00–11:00pm, with later availability on Fridays) and is open all day on Saturdays and Sundays. She’s also available for school pickups, driving to activities, weddings, and occasional last-minute babysitting requests.

She has experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age kids, and teens, and is comfortable caring for up to three children at once. Jasmin is happy to help with homework, tidy up, and prepare snacks, and she’s also comfortable around pets.

As the oldest sibling, Jasmin grew up caring for her younger sisters, which helped her develop a natural sense of responsibility, patience, and leadership. She is CPR certified, has experience working with children with autism, and brings both safety and empathy to her care. With her own vehicle and a clean driving record, she’s able to help families with transportation needs after school hours.

Jasmin loves to keep kids engaged through reading, puzzles, and board games, and she especially enjoys watching children learn and explore in fun, hands-on ways. Families appreciate her warmth, reliability, and positive energy. She also brings the bonus of being bilingual in Spanish, which adds another layer of connection and learning for kids in her care.

Benjamin

Biochemistry

Benjamin is available on Wednesdays (5:20–8:00pm), Fridays (12:00–8:00pm, preferably in shorter shifts), Saturdays (9:00am–1:00pm and 6:00–8:30pm), and Sundays (9:00am–1:00pm). He’s open to academic year roles, long-term or occasional babysitting, and last-minute care for families.

Benjamin has experience with preschoolers, school-age children, and teens, and feels most comfortable caring for up to three children at once. He’s CPR certified through the Red Cross, comfortable assisting with homework, and happy to help with light household tasks like tidying toys and prepping snacks. He’s also pet-friendly with no allergies.

With years of experience as both a lifeguard and swim instructor, Benjamin has worked with hundreds of kids across different ages and backgrounds, building strong skills in communication, patience, and leadership. Families find him reliable, adaptable, and engaging.

Benjamin enjoys keeping kids active and creative, especially through arts and crafts, painting, and swimming. He brings a calm yet fun presence, and he’s eager to support families with both dependable care and a positive attitude.

Gabrielle

Neurobiology

This sitter is available Mondays after 12:00pm, Wednesday evenings, Thursday afternoons, Fridays all day, and weekends. She is open to academic year positions, occasional last-minute babysitting, and overnight stays.

She has experience with preschoolers, school-age children, and teens, and feels comfortable caring for up to 4 children at once. Gabrielle is CPR certified, has experience with neurodivergent children, and is happy to assist with homework and light household tasks. While she doesn’t currently have a vehicle on campus, she holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Gabrielle is adaptable, patient, and personable, having grown up in a large family and being comfortable handling busy or unpredictable situations. Her favorite activities with kids include outdoor play, connecting personally with children, and letting the kids guide the activities. She is highly proficient in Spanish, enjoys reading, and loves learning about each child’s interests, making every babysitting experience engaging and tailored.

Lola

Social work

This sitter is available Tuesdays (afternoon/night), Thursdays (afternoon), Fridays (afternoon/night), Saturdays (afternoon), and Sundays (all day). She is open to academic year positions, occasional last-minute babysitting, overnight stays, and babysitting at weddings in Madison.

She has experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children, and feels comfortable caring for 2–3 children at once. Lola is happy to assist with homework and light household tasks. While she doesn’t currently have her own vehicle on campus, she has access to a car at times and is comfortable using the bus or walking; she also has a clean driving record.

Lola is responsible, fun, and adaptable, with years of babysitting experience across various ages. Her favorite activities with kids include arts and crafts, baking, outdoor play, reading, and imaginative games. She is in the School of Social Work at UW–Madison, enjoys pickleball, movies, and walks, and loves animals. Her caring and personable approach makes each babysitting experience engaging, structured, and tailored to the child’s interests.

Emma is available Mondays–Wednesdays after 5:30pm, Thursdays until 3pm, Fridays after 4pm, Saturdays in the mornings until mid-afternoon, and all day on Sundays. She is a sophomore at UW–Madison majoring in Psychology and has extensive childcare experience, including work as a summer camp counselor and respite care provider.

Emma has cared for infants through school-age kids, and she’s especially experienced with neurodivergent children and those with intellectual disabilities, having worked closely with children with Down syndrome. Families value her balance of fun and structure—she knows how to connect with kids while maintaining a safe and positive environment that follows family rules.

She is comfortable caring for 2–3 children at home and larger groups at weddings or events, thanks to her camp counselor background. Emma is open to light household help, homework assistance, and last-minute babysitting or overnight stays. She is CPR certified, comfortable with pets (except spiders, snakes, and rodents), and though she doesn’t have a car in Madison, she is reliable with bus routes and walking.

With kids, Emma loves imaginative play with younger children and crafts, science experiments, or outdoor adventures with older ones. Families appreciate her creativity, warmth, and dedication. She is available for academic year babysitting, occasional care, and weddings.

Joela is available Mondays and Tuesdays after 3pm, Fridays from 3–9pm, Saturdays before 8pm, and Sundays. She is a sophomore at UW–Madison and currently exploring her academic path, with a strong interest in child-focused work.

She brings experience with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children, and is comfortable caring for up to 5 kids at once. Joela has worked in camp settings and as a trusted sitter for families, with references that highlight her ability to connect with kids of all ages. Families appreciate her balance of fun and structure—she loves talking with kids, treating them with respect, and creating a space where they feel both heard and safe.

Joela enjoys playing board and card games (she admits she’s a little competitive!), drawing and doing creative projects, and getting active with sports. She also brings a musical side—she plays guitar and sings—and is proficient in Spanish.

She is comfortable helping with homework, light household tasks, and school pickups. Has some prior experience working with neurodivergent children. Joela is comfortable around pets, with only mild allergies to cats and dogs.
